Fermentation Basics + Beet Chee Workshop
Beet Chee was developed by food genius, owner of the Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast, and former DUG board member, Milan Doshi; it has since been passed down to workshop facilitator Asia Dorsey, along with the Five Points Fermentation Company. In this special workshop, we will work with Colorado’s abundance of beets, root veggies, peppers, and cabbages to explore the principles of fermentation and the use of food and spice as medicine using the Five Element Theory. Participants will walk away with their own beet chee--and the knowledge to make more!
Please note: masks will be required inside the building.
