Job Information

Courier & Showing Homes:
$75 for the first, $40 for each additional job completed the same day.

Staging Consultation:
$150 per consult.

Inspection Sitting:
$150 to sit an inspection.

*Stagers: if the home is being staged then this is not considered a staging consultation. Only homes that are not being staged but wanted the guidance of a stager are condisdered as staging consultations. If you are staging, bill your time for the initial visit as part of your time in the staging costs to the broker or seller.

**Inspections: if you are opening a door to let the inspector into the house for a pre-inspection, this is considered a courier job. If you attend an inspection with a buyer and stay the entire 2-3 hour duration, this is an inspection sitting.
