TERMS + CONDITIONS
PURCHASE ORDER: Please contact a member of our sales team for an order form. All new stores must have a valid credit card on file in order to acknowledge the order.
MINIMUMS: Domestic first order minimum is $1500. International first order minimum is $5000. Domestic reorder minimum is $750. International reorder minimum is $2500. All preorders require nonrefundable 20% down within one week of order confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS: New accounts and international store terms will be 100% proforma. All accounts will be charged in full on the initial date of shipment established on the first invoice; however, we are happy to hold your shipment for up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the inventory will be absorbed back into our inventory.
Retailers with 3 doors or less placing orders of $10,000 or more require 50% down. A 2% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Checks should be made to HALF UNITED.
SHIPPING DETAILS: All products are dispatched from our warehouse in NC. Please state clearly on your order your preferred shipping details, otherwise shipping will be done via UPS or USPS and the cost will be included on your invoice.
RETURNS: Merchandise returns will not be accepted without written authorization. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer has 10 days to report damages and shortages. An RMA number will be issued after approval. All returned items must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
DISPLAY KIT: We offer a HALF UNITED branded display kit and a story poster kit for purchase with any order.
