Changes/Rescheduling: Email to events@MyIceman.com is required 24 hours in advance of this original order's scheduled time. (please reply to the confirmation emai sent after submitting the reservation)
Ice Returns: Due to the nature of the product, we do not issue credit for unused or returned ice.
Location Requirement: Vehicles and material handling equipment must remain on a paved surface. Destination for the pod(s) must be accessible for a 26ft heavy duty truck and have a clear, paved surface, to and from the Iceman delivery truck. Pod(s) must be placed on a concrete or asphalt surface.
Damages: Customer is responsible for any damages incurred to the Ice Pod(s) while in their possession.
Cancellations: Email to events@MyIceman.com is required 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery to receive a refund.
