  • Warrant Realty Property Management Tenant Check List Please provide the following with your application:

    1. NON REFUNDABLE application fee of $45 per adult applicant; cash or money order. $50 for married couples

    2. Copy of picture ID's for each applicant. *DO NOT COPY MILITARY ID CARDS

    3. Minimum of two (2) month proof of income for each applicant; Pay stubs, LES, recent tax return statement.

    4. Minimum two (2) months proof of funds; Bank statements, support payment received.


    If your application is accepted you will be required to pay the Security Deposit and First Month Rent with two (2) separate certified checks or money orders made payable to Warrant Realty.

  • List all persons other than applicant who will occupy the rental premises:

  • The owner of the premises you are applying for carries insurance on the dwelling only. You must acquire renters insurance for your own household goods. Neither the agent nor owner of the property is responsible for damages to your personal property. 


    Each applicant certifies information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Owner and Agent have each applicant's permission to obtain credit history and verify any information provided. If any applicant withholds or gives false information, this application is considered void and the owner may terminate the lease agreement 

    If the application is approved and the applicant does not enter into a lease, any fees/deposits paid by the applicant(s) may be retained by the agent. Agent must receive full Security Deposit in certified funds within 24 hours after application approval. Property remains on the market until deposit is received. Application fees are nonrefundable.
