To request the RPZ Backflow Certification only please call our office during our office hours at (815) 464-6801 or request one online at any time. Office Hours are Mon - Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-12pm.

We do not schedule an appointment for RPZ valves mounted outside because the certification is done from the outside of the house. A prepayment is required for this service. The certification is usually completed within 1-3 business days from when it is requested and prepaid for. In order for the RPZ valve to be tested it must be hooked up and the water must be turned on to your sprinkler system. Please do not request your RPZ certification until it is ready. We do not schedule them in advance. If you want us to start up your sprinkler system please choose "Spring Start Up" instead.

There is a $50 upcharge for all non-residential properties with the exception of subdivision entrances. All non-residential properties will be charged a $50 upcharge for the Spring Start Up and the Winterization. There will be no upcharge for the RPZ valve certification. Subdivision entranceways will not be charged the commercial upcharge but the cost per zone for Spring Start Ups and adjustments will be $7 per zone instead of $5.

A homeowner needs to be present during the time frame that you chose because the technician may need access to the home and will need to discuss repair options and get homeowner approval before proceeding with repairs.
