Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $20 charge for every 30 minutes booked that must be paid before I am able to rebook.
No Show Policy:
If I don't show up to my appointment and I haven't canceled, 50% of the scheduled service must be paid before being able to schedule again. If I don't show up for my appointment a second time you I no longer be able to pre-book appointments and they can only be scheduled day-of in the future.
I understand that if I am more than 10 minutes late we MAY have to reschedule my appointment or I might not be able to get all of the services that are scheduled.
Refunds are not provided for any services. If there is something that needs to be tweaked or slightly adjusted, please let Afton know within 7 days. Any corrections that revise the original look will be at an additional cost up to a full-service charge.
Product Return Policy:
Unused retail exchanges for full credit will be accepted 60 days from your initial purchase.
