All Girl Scout volunteers who serve as Troop Cookie Manager will need to complete and submit this agreement BEFORE their troop can participate in the 2023 Cookie Program. Cookie Managers MUST be Registered Members of Girl Scouts for the 2023 Membership Year and be in good standings with gslpg.

Be a registered member of Girl Scouts for the 2022-2023 Membership Year
Have a current Background check
Comply with all GSLPG policies and procedures, including procedures outlined in the 2023 Week by Week Cookie Manager's Guide
Acknowledge that I have basic computer skills
Provide a valid working email address that is checked regularly during the 2023 Cookie Program
Keep all receipts for orders
Provide receipts for orders when reporting outstanding debit
Troop Cookie Manager Responsibilities
The following is a list of responsibilities that the Troop Cookie Manager must abide by before, during, and after the 2023 Cookie Program. Check off each box as an acknowledgement that the statement has been read.

Complete all required Cookie Trainings
Submit an ACH form with troop bank account information prior to the sale
Submit all cookie paperwork on time
Enter and verify all information into the eBudde system on or before deadlines (including bank account information)
Fulfill all other obligations as outlined in the 2023 Week by Week Cookie Manager's Guide
Troop Cookie Manager's Financial Reponsibility
All Troop Cookie Managers MUST agree to the financial responsibilities of the troop's cookie program proceeds and product.

In the event of a debt, I understand that GSLPG may pursue civil and/or criminal prosecution for the amount owed, plus attorney fees and court cost.
I understand that I will be removed from all GSLPG volunteer positions as a result of misappropriation of funds during the 2023 Cookie Program.
