2023 Cookie Program Parent Agreement

Parents of girls interested in participating in the Cookie Program will need to submit this form granting their Girl Scout permission to participate in the program. PLEASE FORWARD A COPY OF THIS FORM VIA EMAIL TO YOUR TROOP LEADER FOR THEIR RECORDS.

GIRL SCOUT IRM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COOKIE PROGRAM

As member of the IRM Network we are happy that you have decided to participate in this seasons Cookie Program. IRMs have very unique participation guidelines and GSLPG wants to ensure that these guidelines have been reviewed by their parent or guardian. Please take a moment to read through these guidelines listed below.
- I confirm that my daughter is a registered member of Girl Scouts.
- I understand that I will serve as her "troop" leader for the cookie program, complete training and adhere to all troop deadlines.
- I accept financial responsibility for all items and money my Girl Scout receives, including any lost or stolen items.
- I will ensure the Girl Scout always has adult supervision.
- I understand that there are NO troop proceeds earned by IRM participants. Rewards, including program credits and trips, can be earned. Proceeds will go into a IRM account and can be requested to use for shop purchases and events. Note: The total due to council equals total sales.
- I will ensure all payments due or verified deposits are delivered in their entirety to one of the council offices by the requested dates or submitted via email to info@gslpg.org.
- I will ensure that I receive a signed receipt for all product picked up and any cash money turned in to to one of the GSLPG Offices.
- I understand that no product can be returned.
- I understand that sales made outside the set product program dates will not be applied toward her overall sales total
- I understand that my Girl Scout will not receive her rewards or proceed credit until all monies are received by Girl Scouts of Louisiana – Pines to the Gulf
- I understand that if the above criteria are not met, Girl Scouts of Louisiana – Pines to the Gulf will take any legal steps necessary to satisfy the outstanding debt
By signing this document, I understand and accept all terms outlined above and in the guidelines. I acknowledge my responsibility for all products and funds associated with my Girl Scout’s participation in the 2023 Cookie Product Program.

- I understand that if the above criteria is not met, Girl Scouts of Louisiana – Pines to the Gulf will take any legal steps necessary to satisfy the outstanding debt
