The goal with this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help me determine if you're a great fit for hand-tied hair extensions. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service I offer so natural and seamless. Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

Pricing Overview

Thanks for taking an interest in Hair Extensions at Salon 5th Avenue in Peoria, Illinois.

Most first-time clients can expect to invest $750+ (installment included) depending on how much hair is needed, color, and desired length.

This investment covers the Hand-Tied Hair Extensions, the custom coloring of both your hair and the extension hair, the installation, cut, style, and aftercare kit.

In order to book an appointment, there is a $500 non-refundable installment. The installment goes towards the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due day of service.

HOW MANY ROWS WILL I NEED?

One Row: Fullness with little to no length added
Two Rows: Fullness and length (most common)
Three Rows: Fullness and length. Needed for those with extremely dense (thick) hair, to break up a blunt haircut, or for those looking to add a lot of length

NEW CLIENTS with Hair Extensions coming from another stylist

Row One: $200

Only your initial maintenance appointment is priced this way. Future appointments will be priced as normal bump up/maintenance.

In order to book an appointment, there is a $200 non-refundable retainer for all new hand-tied hair extension clients coming for another artist. The retainer goes toward the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due day of service.

There is no guarantee that previously purchased hair from another artist can be re-used.

Maintenance Overview

For returning Hair Extension guests you can expect the following:

Move up of the extensions every 8-10 weeks.
Row One: $135
Row Two: $210
Row Three: $285

Replace the hair extensions every 8-12 months with brand new hair.
Some choose to refresh some of the hair sooner. I recommend replacing 1 or 2 wefts every third maintenance appointment to keep the hair looking and feeling fresh.

Policies Overview

A 48 notice is required to reschedule an initial extension install appointment. You may reschedule your initial appointment once.

24 hours noticed is required for maintenance appointments.

Canceled/no show appointments forfeit retainers.

All installments are non-refundable.
