The formation Center is a facility of the Diocese of Fort Worth and is rentable for groups and individuals for meetings, retreats, or events. The formation center is now available for overnight events. The following information is required to confirm availably and fulfill the contract agreement. This document is not a contract, is a request to clarify all the questions we might have to rent the facility.

El centro de formacion esta disponible ahora para eventos toda la noche (quedrarse a dormir alli). La siguiente información es necesaria para confirmar la disponibilidad y cumplir con el contrato. Este documento no es un contrato, es un formulario de solicitud para aclarar todas las dudas que podamos tener para allquilar el Centro de Formacion.
