Becoming a Partner with INIFAC
1. This category is open to individuals and corporations who commit to contributing time, effort, and monetary resources to the regional visibility and growth of INIFAC.
2. An INIFAC Certified Learning Facilitator ®(CLF®) or Certified Skilled Facilitator™ (CSF™) or Certified Master Facilitator® (CMF®) who understands the operating philosophy, principles & values of INIFAC will be required in the organization. (Applies only to businesses. This does not apply to individuals, NPOs, NGOs, professional associations, interest groups, or government agencies).
3. Partners are required to craft an annual alliance commitment plan and send it to INIFAC for acceptance. Commitments that do not further INIFAC’s interest or commitments that are consistently not completed will result in the termination of the Partner status.
4. After 2-to-3 years of proven track record in fulfilling the commitment plan, partners may apply to be Master partners. This will be subject to approval by the INIFAC board. Decisions by the board are final.
5. Partners are permitted to display the INIFAC logo on their website and marketing collaterals. INIFAC will display theirs. An annual fee of USD 1,000 is payable by the partner to INIFAC. The INIFAC logo cannot be displayed on any other document or media without the written approval of the INIFAC board.
6. Partners are not permitted to place INIFAC’s name and logo on their training certificates.
7. Partners are not permitted to conduct certifications on behalf of INIFAC.
8. Partners will be informed of local business/facilitation opportunities. INIFAC will channel international inquiries to respective partners in the regions and countries.
9. Partners are expected to be on the local INIFAC committee, which is the responsibility of the respective INIFAC regional directors to align and synergize activities.
10. Partners are expected to:
  a. Invest time & effort as part of their annual commitment plan in organizing or co-organizing local annual events, such as a regional summit promoting INIFAC. INIFAC board members may roster to attend in person OR virtually.
  b. Provide evidence of promoting CVF®, CLF®, CSF™, CMF®.
  c. Provide local content / news for the INIFAC website; etc.
Partners are to provide an annual commitment plan to INIFAC by February 1 of each year on how they will promote and represent INIFAC in their locality (see points 9, 10, &11)

Becoming an INIFAC Collaborator

1.    Confirmation the organization aligns with INIFAC’s values and purpose.

2.    Form a reciprocal relationship by cross-listing (logo and description) on each organization’s on their website

•         Your logo and description of your organization would be listed on our website collaborators.

•         When supporting another organization, we will tweak the language on our website to highlight the connection in the type of work we do, i.e., coaching/team coaching is similar to facilitation, leadership, and being a facilitative leader.

3.    The organization is not a competitor. We will not promote our competitors. We will only work with others that complement our services. Collaborators include NPOs, NGOs, Professional Associations, and Government Agencies, Individuals, and corporations that promote INIFAC in their local and regional locations and businesses by a vote of the board.

4.    Use of INIFAC’s logo on the organization’s website and marketing collateral. Note: INIFAC’s logo cannot be displayed on any other document or media.
