By using INIFAC’s materials, organizations can implement an internal Facilitator Development Program to assess their facilitators and track their progress through a certification range extending from ‘Learner’ to ‘Advanced Facilitator’. Staff who have achieve the internal designation of ‘Advanced Facilitator’ are eligible to submit their materials to INIFAC for an external review and the opportunity to qualify as CMF® (Certified Master Facilitator®).
