A refund, deferral, or transfer can only be requested up to the deadlines posted below. Requests cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT
Participants may transfer their registration to another participant for a fee based on the distance. Once a transfer request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed.

For the safety of all participants, participants may not give or sell their entry to anyone as a part of a non-approved transfer. Approved transfers will be processed through EventDog.com. Transaction fees cannot be refunded. Shirt size is not guaranteed for transferred registrations.
TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT DISTANCE
Participants may transfer to a different distance hosted by the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon. Not available after 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 17. Once a transfer request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed.

Participants may transfer to the 3M Half Marathon which takes place on Sunday, January 21. Option not available after 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 20. Once a transfer request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed.

DEFER ONE YEAR
Participants may move their 2023 registration to next year if you choose to do so. After the deferral fee is paid there will be no monies due for entry fees when next year's registration is completed. The fee schedule is as follows:

Once a deferral is submitted, the decision is final and cannot be reversed. Deferrals cannot be processed after a packet has been picked up.
REFUNDS
50% refunds are available for the Full Marathon and Half Marathon through September 12.
- Any merchandise purchased with the race entry will be refunded.
- Transaction fees cannot be refunded.
- Transferred or deferred registrations cannot be refunded.
