Participant Registration Policies 1 Adult (21+) per 8 Students.

SPECIAL NOTE: It is the Group Leaders responsibility to make sure that each attendee, both youth & adult, have these forms completed and follow the Diocesan Youth Day and Transportaion Guidelines.

*A copy of the Forms for each participant is required to be verified at Check-In, no participant adult or youth will be admitted without them.

** Safe Environment Clearance includes Background Check, Virtus Training and Updated Bulletins. All Adult Names Must be Submitted by Monday, February 27th, NO ADDITIONS or CHANGES will be made after this date.

Registration Fee Policies

Registration received on or before February 22nd, is $20.00 per attendee.
LATE REGISTRATIONS received after February 22nd, are $25.00 per attendee. (including those that are incomplete or unpaid)
Registration for all adults must be submitted by Monday, February 27th, no additions or changes will be allowed after this date due to Safe Enviornment Compliance Requirements.
Registration fees cover, speakers, and facility use.
Registration closes Monday, February 27th

PLEASE NOTE:

YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY PARTICIPANT REGISTERED. Due to the nature of this event we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. However, tickets purchased in advance can be sold to other parishes if they can not be used. The Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry will not be able to assist in this transfer and it is the responsibility of the parishes involved in the transfer to notify us of all names of youth and adults involved in the transfer for Safe Envioronment.
