The CSG West Legislative Council on River Governance (LCRG), hosted by the Montana LCRG delegation, will convene in Whitefish, Montana on October 16-19, 2023. Comprised of legislators from the four Columbia River states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, the LCRG meets to discuss common challenges and emerging opportunities faced by the people living and doing business in the Columbia River Basin (CRB), as well as share strategies to address these challenges and leverage new opportunities.
This year's meeting provides an important venue to gain a comprehensive perspective of the activities and projects undertaken by states, federal entities, utilities, and tribal authorities. Tours of local projects and sites including the Hungry Horse Dam and the University of Montana Biological Station on Flathead Lake are planned.
Please contact CSG West staff at csgw@csg.org or (916) 553-4423 for registration assistance.
