WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY INVESTMENT IN A VEGAN STREET FAIR EVENT?

All booths include a space, a VSF provided Point of Sale tablet, banner signage, 3 compartment sinks, and a health permit (where applicable)

Vendors must provide their own WHITE ONLY straight leg tent, tables, chairs, etc unless renting from us

All trucks/ carts include a space, a VSF provided Point of Sale tablet, signage, and a health permit (where applicable)

Ongoing support before, during, and after the event in the form of continued social media shares to our 180,000+ attendees on Instagram that often go viral

For context, a post on the Vegan Street Fair IG runs $1500 a pop. So imagine showcasing your brand to our social media and essentially getting a booth for free to also make a profit in person because we offer BOTH. We leave no stones unturned for you

Showcasing your brand to 5,000 - 40,000 attendees (respectively) who are about 80% non-vegan which is our core demographic. Our goal is to help gain you more followers than you had before which is why we mostly target vegan friendly and non-vegan communities to explore this lifestyle from a very welcoming and encouraging place. Then they meet you, buy your products and boom! Now you have a lifelong customer

Our Instagram reaches about 1.5 Million people per event/ per month which means you have 1.5 MILLION opportunties to showcase your brand digitally to as many people as possible.

This is all about riding the wave that we have created since 2015. We hope you know how absolutely invested we are in this mission of making veganism mainstream and taking you with us. We invest in you, your brand, your growth, and everything you hope to reach along your career as a vendor. This doesn't start or end when the event starts and ends. We continue to promote you year round as a part of this collaboration.

We have incubated and helped grow so many vendors across the country and we know we can continue to do that with a global network of loyal attendees who trust us to bring them the best of the best in vegan and vegan friendly living. That's YOU! So come ride the wave with us!

PREPARED FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS: In order to participate in VSF as a prepared food or beverage vendor, you will be required to utilize the Fast Pass system which is a separate line to your booth for expedited line service. You will have a general line, a Fast Pass, and a pick up line. The Fast Pass lines are used like VIP lines at airports and you will prioritize them so that we can continue to help pay for the event and your attendees are happy. You can split this as you need but we will go into further detail as we get closer to the event.* This field is required.

ALL VENDORS: We will be providing you a VSF Point of Sale (POS) system that every vendor will be required to use. The benefit to this is that we are able to open up PRE-ORDERS to our attendees in advance of the event where they can place orders ahead of time and you will start to make money before the event even starts. This is a unique and MAJOR benefit that no other vegan event offers which we are very excited about! In order to make Vegan Street Fair sustainable and so that we are not forced to charge an entry fee which would drastically reduce the amount of attendees and interest in our event, we are implementing a 10% of sales per transaction using this POS that will be provided to you (minus your back of house tablet which you will provide). Most events of this scale charge 30% plus take net 30 to give your money to you where our system will pay you within the week. While this may feel unique, keep in mind that this is industry standard for a festival of this size but pre-orders are unique to us! This is a win win for all.* This field is required.

All prepared food and beverage vendors and food trucks are required to have at least 1 $4 or less item on their VSF menu that is NOT fries, hummus, or some type of condiment. All other items can be any price.* This field is required.We recommend offering your $4 option as a smaller version of something you are already offering. For example, large tenders for $9, small tenders for $4.

Vegan Street Fair Refund Policy:We do not issue any refunds under any circumstances including unforeseeable events including pandemic outbreaks, government regulations, hurricanes or other weather-related events, etc. In the case that you have to cancel or simply cannot attend please email vendors@veganstreetfair.com as soon as possible so we may credit you for a future date. Day-of cancellations and no-shows without any communication can affect future acceptances and will NOT be credited. We highly suggest you consider purchasing event insurance as this will help cover your costs in case of emergency or inclement weather. We recommend ACT Insurance.
