Christ Church Anglican is pleased to host students from the Friends University Master of Science in Family Therapy program to offer no-cost therapy services provided by one of their graduate student therapists. Please complete this intake form so we can know of your interest in counseling/therapy services and provide you with the best support. After the form is submitted, you will be notified about the next steps. Please note: This form is used to indicate your interest in receiving therapy services. If the therapist reaches capacity, potential clients may be put on a waitlist or offered other referrals.
