1 - Event Info

Details of the event and exhibitor booths are as follows:

AniManGaki 2023 "AMG2023"
Date: 25, 26 and 27 August 2023 (3 Days!)
Location: Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre "MIECC"
Time: 10 am - 7 pm
Theme: Outer Space
Projected Attendees: 40,000

Size: 2m x 2m (43 sq ft) EARLY BIRD PRICE: RM 2,120 EACH （Normal Price: RM 2,720 each）

Size: 3m x 3m (96 sq ft)  EARLY BIRD PRICE: RM 3,450 EACH （Normal Price: RM 4,050 each）

Early Bird prices are available for booth paid by June 30, 2023.
All prices above are excluding an RM300 refundable security deposit per applicant.

 
2 - Booth Package Info:

The 3m x 3m [FULL] Standard Shell Scheme package comes with the following items:

• 1 x Name board/fascia (maximum of 15 characters, including spaces)
• 1 x 13 amp plug point
• 2 x fluorescent tube lights
• 1 IBM Tables (5ft x 2ft) with black table cloth OR counter
• 2 chairs that fold up
• 1 x wastebasket
• Needle-punched carpet
• 4 x Exhibitor Tags

The 2m x 2m [HALF] Standard Shell Scheme package comes with the following items:

• 1 x Name board/fascia (maximum of 15 characters, including spaces)
• 1 x 13 amp plug point
• 1 x fluorescent tube lights
• 1 IBM Tables (5ft x 2ft) with black table cloth OR counter
• 2 chairs that fold up

The 2m x 2m [HALF] Exhibitor Bare Space package comes with the following items

• 1 IBM Table (5ft x 2ft) with black table cloth
• 2 chairs that fold up
• 1 x wastebasket
• Needle-punched carpet
• 3 Exhibitor Tags

Important Info

i) You can purchase additional exhibitor tags. (Max 5 additional per booth only)

ii) Purchase four or more booths and receive an additional 25% off. If you would like to get an entire island (4m x 4m or 6m x 6m), you pay for three booths for the price of four.

iii) The early bird deal is only valid if full payment is made by June 30, 2023. Do not pass up this fantastic opportunity!

3 - Exhibitor Manual (EM)

Please click here to download the Exhibitor Manual (EM). Read thoroughly, sign the last page of the EM to acknowledge your understanding, and upload the page at the end of this form. Should there be any violation of rules at AMG 2023, we may refuse service and prevent you from exhibiting at our event.

 

4 - Booth Placement & Floor Plan

All booth space is assigned by AniManGaki in accordance with the order of application, the size of the space applied for, the nature of the exhibitor, or in the manner deemed fit. 

Please be advised that the following floor plan is NOT THE FINALIZED VERSION for AMG 2023. This is just a rough estimation for you. Exhibitors will receive a more finalized version within 14 days prior to the event. Do not upload this floor plan onto social media.

An exhibition applicant or exhibitor (hereafter “Exhibitor”) must comply with each of the rules and regulations contained in the Exhibitor Information and Exhibitor Manual as well as those stated herein. If the Exhibitor does not comply with these rules and regulations and violates them or it is confirmed that the exhibitor has violated them, AniManGaki reserves the right to reject and cancel the exhibition application and to order the withdrawal of the Exhibitor and/or removal or modification of any exhibition space, stand, exhibit(s) and fixtures or ornaments. In that case, AniManGaki shall not disclose or present the arguments that support its judgment. Moreover, fees and costs paid by the Exhibitor will not be refunded. The Exhibitor and related parties will not receive compensation for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation or withdrawal from the exhibition and modifications or removal of the stand, exhibit(s), and/or fixtures or ornaments.
