Lease Agreement: A lease agreement between Houston Healthcare Housing and Occupants is required to confirm the booking. Occupancy starts on the 1st day of the month (3 PM Local Time) to the last day of the month (12 PM Local Time). The tenant should notify Ms. Liseth Lavado (Property Manager) if there is a need for extra days of accommodation. There will be a $35 fee per additional day either before or after the lease agreement upon confirmation of the availability of the room.

- All documents must be uploaded entirely at the time of application.
- Failure to submit the documents will lead to the automatic cancellation.
