We require the following in order to provide you a media credential pass:

At least five (5) pre-event social media posts before Friday, November 3rd
Stories and posts throughout the duration of the The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships on Saturday, November 4th
Post-event photos/videos to be submitted for use in future promotional materials within ten (10) days of the event. We require a minimum of 25 photos or 5 videos
All posts must tag @ThePoloParty or use #ThePoloParty

If your account is private, posts must be screenshotted and submitted to the event via info@thepoloparty.com to ensure the requirements are being met.
