**BBQ Booth Committee: Organize and coordinate food, supplies & volunteers for the BBQ Booth at the Fort Bend County Fair in the fall. This is our biggest fundraiser for the year and we are relying on all members to assist us!
**Auction Committee: Work is done in the spring. We need at least 2 people to coordinate donations, bid sheets and handle general set up. Every family is asked to request a business donation or donate something themselves, so that goes a long way with getting what we need.
**Scholarship Committee: Four members (one from each grade level) meet 2-3 times in March-April. You will process the incoming scholarship requests and prepare the scholarship letters that are presented at the banquet.
**Hospitality Committee: Update previous sign ups for yearly events, coordinate catered food and be the contact for food donations.
**Social Media Committee: We have a Booster Club Facebook page and a Website through Weebly. We just need someone to keep them updated and post meeting dates, upcoming events, fundraisers, etc.
**Spirit Night Coordinator: Someone to set up a couple or monthly Spirit Nights. Usually restaurants will give 10 - 30% of the proceeds from the night. It's easy money - we just need someone to reach out to places and coordinate dates.
**Sponsorship Committee: Get sponsorships through area companies like Chevron for example to match employee donations & volunteer hours and get donation items to auction at our Year End Banquet.
**Plant Sale Committee: This is our Spring fundraiser. It’s well organized!
**Support or Alumni: Keep me on the alumni email list. I will pay dues!
