IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES

If you are a routed customer and receive automatic deliveries, Heartland Propane will continue making automatic deliveries unless you contact us and request to be switched to will-call—even if all of your pre-buy gallons have been used. You will be billed for these deliveries at the market price unless you participate in the Guaranteed Comfort price protection program. 

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT

You will receive an email with payment instructions and an attached PDF invoice immediately after submitting this contract. 

If you chose to split your payment into installments, you must sign up for Auto Pay before the due date for your first installment or your contract will be canceled. 

You must enroll in Auto Pay in order to pay for your pre-buy gallons in installments. After you submit this form, you will receive an email with a link to the Auto Payment Authorization form. 

Please note that when you enroll in Auto Pay, ALL of your future payments for service work or deliveries will occur automatically on the 25th day of the month -- not just the payments for your pre-buy gallons.
