Terms and Conditions* This field is required.Théâtre En Blaque Sponsorship Terms and ConditionsBy entering into a sponsorship agreement with Théâtre En Blaque, you (the "Sponsor") agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Sponsorship Commitment:The Sponsor agrees to provide the designated sponsorship amount to Théâtre En Blaque as specified on the sponsorship payment page.2. Payment:Payment must be made in full and received by Théâtre En Blaque by the agreed-upon sponsorship deadline of November 28, 2023 at 11:59PM.3. Sponsorship Benefits:Théâtre En Blaque will provide the Sponsor with the benefits and recognition associated with the selected sponsorship tier as outlined in the sponsorship deck.4. Use of Branding:Théâtre En Blaque may use the Sponsor's name, logo, and branding materials for promotional purposes related to the event, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Sponsor.5. Cancellation and Refunds:Sponsorship payments are non-refundable.6. Termination:Théâtre En Blaque reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time, in which case any remaining benefits or recognition will be forfeited by the Sponsor.7. Changes and Amendments:Any changes or amendments to the sponsorship agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.8. Event Participation:The Sponsor may be invited to participate in event-related activities, which will be outlined in the sponsorship benefits.9. Compliance:The Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.10. Liability:Théâtre En Blaque is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of the Sponsor's participation in or association with the event.11. Governing Law:This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Tennessee and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The State of Tennessee.By checking the box below and submitting payment for sponsorship, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
