To give you a little more information of what the different roles look like, the following are some brief descriptions. Please note that we are looking for a few people and/or families that are interested in hosting each weekend so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the fellowship. :)
Hosting-
1) Please arrive at Sacred Heart by 8:15 am.
2) Two-8 foot tables will be available in the Hospitalty Room. Please cover the table with the plastic table cloth.
3) There is a coffee pot available in the Hospitality Room. It takes approximately 4 minutes to brew a pot, so you can start with one or two and add more as needed.
4) Supplies (napkins, cups, styrofoam cups, stir sticks, sugar, creamer) will be available in the Hospitality Room cabinets marked for Hospitality Sunday. Treats can be placed on trays or napkins- as you feel appropriate. We are only advertising for treats that do not require a utensil to eat. They should be napking ready! :)
5) Remaining treats and drinks could be left available for those after the 11am Mass as long as someone has agreed to be the clean-up person. If no clean-up person is available, please distribute how you see fit. Please return any supplies to the Hospitality Room. Tables can be taken down and put back in the Hospitality Room also. The table cloth should be wiped down and saved for the next month.
Baking-
1) Please prepare 2 dozen hand-held baked goods- ideas include: quick breads, muffins, cookies, bars and the like. Sugar-free items have also been well received.
2) These items can be brought to Sacred Heart on Sunday morning prior to Mass or delivered there on Saturday and placed in the Gathering Space and marked 'Hospitality Sunday'.
Thank you very much for sharing your gifts and enhancing fellowship in our Catholic Community! If you have any questions, please contact Michelle at michellel@hffdl.org or 920-921-0580 ext. 104.
