AWE 2024 Water Efficiency & Conservation Symposium: Program Contributor Form
Thank you for your interest in contributing to AWE's 2024 Symposium program. We are building upon an incredibly successful inaugural year and are excited to hear your ideas for the 2024 program. We believe learning should be fun and is best advanced through interaction with ideas and people. We are planning a mix of dynamic sessions and are seeking diverse types of contributions.
Please complete this form no later than Friday January 24, 2024 at 5pm CST. The goal is to notify program contributors by March 1, 2024 and to release the full Symposium program at the end of May 2024. You will submit this form via Jotform, which will auto-send you an email (please check junk or spam folders). Liesel Hans, Director of Programs, will notify you about your status once all abstract have been reviewed.

Step 2: Your Idea
Consider your submission as a starting point for how you might participate in the Symposium. We may blend, combine, modify your ideas with other ideas to create a cohesive session. We believe in co-creating sessions with our presenters and moderators. Note: all program participants will be required to participate in pre-Symposium planning meetings.
For consideration as you develop ideas: We sometimes feel driven to only share our latest and greatest activities. Please consider that submissions with a retrospective look at past efforts and lessons learned can be just as valuable as what is top of mind today. You might also consider submitting a forward-looking idea where attendees could work on or explore a concept together.

Most sessions will be 75 minutes or less in total length and each will include at least one interactive component like an audience question and answer segment, breakout conversations, electronic polling, etc.
