Ordering Procedures: All orders must be placed through this form. Each order, each delivery date, and each address requires a separate order form. You can expand the product photo by touching the image. If you touch below the image, it will automatically add one (1) quantity to your order. If you want more than one (1) quantity, use the dropdown and select the number desired and to delete quantities just tap on the checkbox on top left of each item. Once you select all of your items, you will then click the large green REVIEW button at the bottom of the form to review items. A summary of your items will appear in a shopping cart for your final review before submitting order. Once you submit order you will receive an email with the detailed invoice.
Menu Planning: We can provide individualized menu planning for those ordering prior to April 10. Please request this complimentary service by sending email to kosherchef@horarentals.com. Include best phone number and time to call. We will need which meals, number of adults, children under 12, allergies, likes and dislikes.
Terms & Conditions and Other Information: Minimum size order is $500. All orders are final and non-cancelable. Payment in full is required at time of order. If for any reason items are not provided we will notify you and credit accordingly. Orders must be received by April 15, 2024. Orders received after April 15 will incur a 10% late order service fee. Final cut off date for any order is April 17th. Due to market availability certain items may not be provided whereby we will notify you and recommend substitutions. Order modifications are only accepted until April 10, 2024. After that date you incur a 10% surchage on items added. We do not accept cancellation of items or lowering quantities past March 15, 2024.
Food Preparation: All dessert items are non-gebrokts and parve except where indicated. All other items except dairy products are prepared gebrokts געבראקתס in a meat kitchen using meat equipment. All vegetables, kugels and soufeles are parve prepared in a meat kitchen.
Various facilities are used to produce items. All assembly and packing of orders are done under KM Kosher Miami Hashgacha. Products manufactured for us are made under the following Hashgachas. OU, OK, CRC, KM and STAR K. Meats and poultry are all Glatt Mehadrin. Dairy items are Cholov Yisroel.
Items are both gebruchts and non gebruchts. Products that have matzoh in description are gebrokts and unless otherwise noted all other products use potato derivatives which is non gebrokts. All dessert and dairy items are non gebrokts and produced in a separate facility. Other items are made in a kitchen using same equipment that gebrokts items are processed. OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT CONTAIN KITNIOT AND ARE PROCESSED IN FACILITIES THAT ARE KITNIOT FREE.
Dairy Items: All dairy products are Cholov Yisroel. Dairy items and all desserts are non-gebrokts under hashgacha of the CRC and or Rabbi Binyamen Gruber.
Sizes and Portions: Most items in 9x13 tins feed 8-10 adults and in 6x8 tins 4-6 adults.
Sales Tax: All orders are subject to 9% sales tax.
Heating Instructions: All Items are fresh or fresh frozen and labeled. Salads are prepared fresh and have a 5-7 day refrigeration shelf life. Frozen cooked items should be defrosted in the refrigerator the day prior to use. Remove plastic packaging before heating. If defrosted place in pre-heated oven for 1-1.5 hours at 225 degrees. If frozen heat at 275 for 1.5-2 hours. Rotate tins every 30 minutes from front to back for distributing temperature evenly. If using a hot plate it is recommended to nest each tin within another tin that contains 3/4" hot water to prevent burning and is in effect creating a double boiler. Beef items that appear rare in photos will become medium or well done depending on time you heat.

Allergens: Some foods may contain eggs or other food allergens so check with us prior to ordering. Beef, Poultry, Lamb or Fish should not be consumed rare.
Delivery Options: Pick up at the Alexander Hotel Miami Beach is complimentary. Pick up dates are Thursday April 18th, Monday April 22nd, Thursday April 25th and Sunday April 28th on the mezzanine level. For deliveries from Miami Beach to Orlando see fees below.
Freezer storage is available at the Alexander for a fee of $10 per carton, per day throughout the holiday. Cartons hold as many as six 9x13 tins or as many as twelve 5x8 tins.
