Setup Team: Assist in unloading at event site. Set up tables and place settings in the Fellowship Hall and Oasis Room. Set up event signage. Be available to help with other tasks as needed. (Friday, May 3, 3-9 PM and Saturday, May 4, 3:45 – 5:00 PM)
Décor Team: Assembling and placing centerpieces and décor for the event. Be available to help with other tasks as needed. (Friday, May 3, 3-9 PM and Saturday, May 4, 3:45 – 5:00 PM)
Silent Auction Team: Set up silent auction display. Check out, package and distribute items to auction winners. Help team leader clean up auction area and with other tasks as needed. (Friday, May 3, 6 – 9 PM and Saturday, May 4, 3:45 – 9:00 pm)
Hospitality Team: Welcome guests, direct guests to check-in/check-out and various event related spaces, assist with directing guests to buffet lines, and hand out the attendance gift/favor at the conclusion of the event. (Saturday, May 4, 3:45 – 9:00 PM)
Check-in Team: Set up welcome/check-in tables, manage guest list and check-in process. (Saturday, May 4, 3:45 – 7:15 PM)
Cleanup Team: Report to Angela Miller for instructions at the conclusion of the event. She will be standing in front of the Garden Room. (Saturday, May 4, 8:30 - 11:00 PM)
