Please select your Performance time below. All Performance times in the theater are preceded by a 30-minute warm up in the Band and Orchestra Hall. Directors should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the warm-up slot, one hour before your Performance slot. Ensembles are encouraged to come to the Edgerton Theater to watch other groups perform before or after your performance slot to provide as much of a live performance environment as possible. Each ensemble will have a room to put keep their instrument cases, jackets, and other personal items. As space is limited to 10 bands a non-refundable fee of $250 per band is due by November 1. Details and an invoice will be emailed after submission of this registration form.
