Welcome to the updated M54 Shlichus Cohort - Shluchim Edition!
M54 is inviting applications for its M54 Shlichus Cohort – Shluchim Edition תשפ״ה for 2024/2025.
M54 Shlichus was initiated in 2022 as a way of empowering Shluchim to make meaningful changes that invigorate their personal and Shlichus lives. More information about M54 can be found here.
After successfully completing five cohorts of M54 Shlichus Cohort and two cohorts of the Fellowship of Avoda Pnimis, we are excited to introduce a new and improved curriculum that will introduce participants to a language of Chassidus, organizational change and personal growth leading to increased vibrancy and wellbeing in their Shlichus.
Each M54 Shlichus Cohort is limited to 10 participants, with preference given to Shluchim who have approximately 10 years or more of experience.
The cohort meets every two weeks for 15 Zoom sessions, 90 minutes each, and gathers for a 3-4 day in-person retreat. Please visit here to view the full schedule.
Participants receive a comprehensive handbook that guides them through the entire program, and by the conclusion of the program, participants will have a clear understanding of the process and practice of Avoda Pnimis.
The program begins the week of Rosh Chodesh Kislev (December 2) and ends the week of 11 Tammuz (July 7).
Tuition for the entire program including the retreat (not airfare) is $1,700.
Recognizing that Chabad Houses are run by couples, we recommend that both Shliach and Shlucha participate in M54 Shlichus Cohort and develop a shared language of reflection and growth. A discount of $200 will be provided for each participant.
After receiving your application, we’ll schedule a Zoom conversation to get to know one another and determine if this experience is a good fit.
Warmly,
Peretz Chein and the M54 Team
What is M54? In the words of a participant:
“It is a continuing education for Shluchim through a structured environment which allows Shluchim and Shluchos to explore their whole self in an authentically guided way and fosters living a wholesome, vibrant life as a human, Jew, Chossid and Shliach.”
