TEXAS MAGA FEST VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES

Texas MAGA Fest Details & Vendor Schedule - Waller, TX

Texas Thunder Saloon

Vendor & Daytime Festivities: 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Vendors must pay $50 to secure their spots.

Vendors will receive two General Admission tickets included in their registration.

Vendors must arrive at 2:00pm and be completely set up by 3:00pm.

Vendors will receive event location upon application approval & submission of fee.

Vendors must stay until the daytime festivities end at 7:00pm.

1. Application and Fees

All vendors must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.

Payment is required at the time of registration. If, for some reason, your application cannot be accepted, you will be promptly issued a full refund.

2. Booth Setup

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and other display materials unless otherwise specified.

Booths must be set up by the specified time on the day of the event and taken down promptly at the end of the event.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area clean and free of debris.

3. Products and Services

Display of products must be showcased in a neat and professional manner at all times.

The sale of counterfeit or illegal items is strictly prohibited.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to their products or services.

4. Conduct

Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Any vendor found to be in violation of the rules and guidelines may be asked to leave the event without a refund of their booth fee.

5. Insurance and Liability

Vendors are required to have liability insurance covering their participation in the event.

The vendor agrees to hold harmless the event organizer, venue, and their respective agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, and damages.

6. Health and Safety

Vendors selling or handling food must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Vendors must take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their products or services.

7. Weather and Cancellation

The event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.

If the event is canceled by the organizer for any reason, a refund or credit for a future event will be provided to the vendor.
