Beetlejuice Jr. Auditions at Beachside Performing Arts

Please sign up for a one-hour time slot on Sunday, Oct. 20 for Beetlejuice Jr. auditions at our studio location, 664 South Patrick Drive, Satellite Beach. This show is casting students ages 10 to 18, and multiple casts may be needed.

• We will send the music to learn via email once you are signed up. The audition will consist of singing the music sent to you, and learning a short dance routine at the studio.

 

• Students who prefer to sing in a group setting, and are not interested in solos or lead roles, will sing in a group only and be considered for ensemble roles. 

 

• Students interested in the role of Beetlejuice will be asked to read a few lines in their best "Beetlejuice" voice.

 

• Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your audition to fill out any needed forms. Parents are welcome to sit in the lobby, or simply drop off their students and return after an hour. The audition itself is closed to everyone except the auditioners. 

 

• If you have an acting resume and headshot, please bring those to the audition. We will also have a form you can fill out with that information and will take a picture of each auditioner to help us with casting (internal use only).

 

• All casting decisions will be made and communicated via email by Friday, Oct. 25, 2024.

 

• The tuition for the program is $325 due upon casting, and no later than Nov. 1, 2024.

 

• While our plan is to cast everyone, we reserve the right to not cast everyone based on scheduling conflicts and behavior during the audition process.

We can accommodate most conflicts but knowing those in advance helps with our planning.
