Becoming a Rabbit Run-Away Orphanage volunteer is a great way to help our orphaned bunnies, meet new people and extend your existing skill base and understanding in rabbit care.

The orphanage is staffed every day by volunteers. If you can spare a few hours every week or fortnight on a regular basis, please complete this form or call the Orphanage on 9751 1229 to organise a trial.

Which volunteer position are you interested in (Generally all applicants will apply for Shelter attendant). Due to current Covid-19 situation, we do not accept work experience and applicants under age of 16. *

Shelter Attendant ( Hours: 8.30am - 12.30pm or Summer days over 30 degrees 7-7.30am - 11am, Must be over 16 years old) Veterinary Medication Support (Hours: 8:00am-9:00am or 5pm - 6pm). Must be experienced. Please read the job description on our website. Skilled person (administration, marketing, fundraising, app development, journalism for newsletter)
