Virginia Requirements to Get Hitched:
1. No Residency requirement - COVID19 restrictions still apply at some Courthouses requiring residency. Check with your Courthouse.
2. No waiting period - get married the same day when available
3. Marriage license is good for 60 days from date of issue.

Apply at any Virginia Courthouse and Get Hitched in the Town Colonial Beach, VA at the Officiant's location. **Check with your Courthouse before you travel there for COVID19 license restrictions.***

Virginia Courthouses do NOT perform Civil Marriage Ceremonies.
Bryce Hall is a Virginia court-appointed Marriage Commissioner & Officiant.
Make sure your marriage is legal in Virginia.
