Our first step is to set up a Meet and Greet/Registration Meeting. The Meet and Greet allows you to get to know us, our services, and if preferred, your assigned Pet Care Professional(s) prior to the start of service. During this visit we will spend some time (about 30 minutes) getting to know your pet(s), confirm and review pertinent information about your home and pet care routine (e.g. vet information, emergency contact, special requests, etc.), and answer any additional questions you may have. We do NOT provide service until this meeting has taken place. Please note, there is a fee of $20 for the registration meeting which covers administrative costs related to your account creation, as well as the sitter’s time.
We will also send you a link to our Client Portal where you can create a profile, review our policies, sign our veterinary release form, schedule services, review and pay invoices, and more.
