For events over 50 guests we setup a pre-pour of beer and wine and/or a signature drink. This will save time so guests do not have to wait in line for a drink. What would you like to have as a pre-pour for guests?* This field is required.

Kegs:

We can have upto 2 kegs going at 1 time with our 2-tapper kegorator and a 3rd can be switched out when one is empty.

We are happy to get any type that we can in for you (as long as we can get it) most popular are Bud Light, Busch Light, and Coors Light.

Keep in mind we have 2 keg tapper with a max of 3 total kegs. We can not order any more than this.

1 bar is included with your reception with 1 bartender for weddings of 150 or less and 2 bartenders for weddings from 150 to 400. The event manager will bar back to avoid lines. You may add a satellite bar setup for $200.

Note: Guests must be able to show valid ID as proof of age 21 to be served alcohol. There is a 20% service fee added to all hosted items. When only offering only a cash bar there is a $200 bartender fee. Hosted bars require a deposit of 50% of all hosted amounts and a credit card on file for the remainder. Kegs and special requested items must be paid for in full before the event. Bar balances will be charged directly after the reception. Last call is set for not later than 11:15pm (bar closing at 11:30pm) unless pre-arranged in writing. If approved to stay open later there is a $300 fee for a bar open between 11:30pm and 1:45am. Prices may change at any time.

All beverages (of any kind) must come from The Conservatory. This includes all wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages. Neither you, your guests, nor the caterer you've hired may provide any beverages. Liquor bottles brought in will be removed by management and a fee will be charged to your card on file if the bottle has been consumed on-site. No coolers either, those should remain outside. Bar item prices may change at any time.
