How did you enjoy the meeting location at the FMC Stine Research Center?
The location was excellent! Meeting room and surrounding rooms were very comfortable.
The location was lacking and definitely could have been better.
The meeting location was ok for a meeting of this type.
The meeting location was very good and similar to previous meeting sites.

How was the food and catering at the FMC Stine Research Center?
Excellent breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches, all was great
Not a very good selection for vegetarian or vegan diets
I much rather would have preferred a sit down hot lunch
Food was ok. Very similar to other meetings I have attended

How was the audio/visual for the platform presentations?
Excellent AV set up. Easy to see and hear all the presentations
It was difficult to hear the speakers well during the platform presentations
The projection screen and presentation was hard to see clearly from within the meeting room
The audio visual was very similar to other meetings I have attended.

Did you have sufficient time to view the student posters?
Yes, plenty of time to review and speak with the student poster author(s).
No, there was not enough time allotted for viewing and speaking with student poster presenters.
Posters were available for viewing but student presenters were not present enough for discussion.

What was your feeling about the turnout for the Spring meeting?
There were as many people as I expected
The turnout was excellent, lots of students and individuals to speak with during the meeting
The number of attendees was low and not a very good mix of individuals
Plenty of attendees but not enough private consultants or large industry types to network

What did you think about the overall length of the meeting?
The length was great. I enjoy a meeting that is 2-days with plenty of content.
A 1-day meeting would have been sufficient to present most topics.
The meeting would be better without short courses and instead more presentations.
The meeting length was very similar to other meetings and was okay.

How did you feel about the Sunday Wetlands Tour
Sorry, I did not attend
The tour was excellent and very informative. I enjoy outdoor events linked with the meeting.
I was unable to attend on a Sunday. Possibly move this event to the week day?
The tour was ok and similar to other outdoor events.

Did you enjoy the Student/Mentor lunch?
Sorry I was not involved
Yes, I participated and I really love the opportunity to speak with a Mentor/Mentee.
Thanks for the opportunity but I don't believe that it was very worthwhile
Excellent Mentor/Mentee lunch, I believe it should be expanded and allow for more time for discussions.

How did you enjoy the evening social at Klondike Kates?
Sorry, I did not attend
The venue was a bit overwhelming and crowded. Much rather a smaller and casual atmosphere.
It was a fun event. Thanks to FMC for sponsoring the food and drinks.

What was your favorite aspect of the Spring meeting format?
I enjoyed the Joint Regional Chapter format and seeing folks from other SETAC Chapters.
No registration fee for Students.
The topics offered were highly relevant to my work and research.
Short Courses are highly valuable
Great to have a Sunday outdoor event

Emails were timely and the website always had the information that I needed
Emails contained information but not very frequent. Website was slow to update important information.
Communication was excellent. I saw emails and updates on the website frequently.

Do you feel this meeting and the organizers did enough to make you feel safe considering the status of the COVID-19 Pandemic?
Yes, I felt safe and all proper precautions were followed.
Not really, a tighter control on social distancing and mask wearing should have been considered.
Based on Delaware State guidance everything was fine.
The pandemic is over and levels are low enough so everyone should be fine.
