CODE OF CONDUCT
- Please arrive on time for classes and personal training sessions
- The karate-gi should be kept clean and in good repair
- Fingernails/toenails must be kept short
- Jewellry should be removed or taped over
- Show care and considerations for others
- No eating or drinking in the dojo
FEES AND MEMBERSHIP
Fees are payable by BACS transfer or cash and are due at the beginning of each term and no later than 14 days of the invoice date.
Putney and Kew Dojos follow 10 week terms.
Twickenham Dojo follows the Richmond Borough school terms (3 per year).
Should Nishikawa need to close due to circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather conditions you will be offered an alternative class at a local Nishikawa dojo or a pro-rated reduction in the following term. No refunds are available for missed classes.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for 1-2-1 session or the fee will be forfeited.
Seminars & Workshops and competitions:
Payment for seminars, workshops and competitions is non refundable.
Japan Karate Association England membership

Failure to hold a valid JKAE licence or observe the terms and conditions may result in termination of your Nishikawa membership.
I understand that whilst every care will be taken to give safe instruction, I accept full responsibility and consider myself fit to exercise. I have answered all questions correctly and all medical and health considerations are noted above.
I understand that Karate is a fighting art and contact sport. By agreeing to these terms and conditions I take responsibility for any injuries I may receive and do not hold Nishikawa SKC instructors responsible for any injury incurred.
