Sign up here to access the Ad-Library Manager tool and begin using Ads. Library Manager is a new self-service tool which enables brands not currently working with a CSP to directly edit and update their product content. This includes uploading high quality product images, providing product attributes, and changing product names as needed.

2. Prepare your content for upload

All submissions must include the values for scan code and manufacturer name.

All other fields are optional and should be left blank if no values can be given.

Save your completed CSV with our naming convention: manufacturername_date.CSV

How to correct UPC formatting errors:

Follow the steps below to ensure the UPC codes in your CSV file are in the correct format:
1. Open the saved CSV file.
2. Select the entire UPC code column (Column 1).
3. Go to "Data" > "Text to columns".
4. Select "Delimited", click on "Next".
5. Select only the "tab" option and change the "text qualifier" to double quotation mark ("), click on "Next"
6. Select "Text", click on "Finish"
Images Requirements:
- Format: A URL link to an image that Instacart will download. The image URL must be static and have no redirections.
- Don't have hosted image URLs? Here's a quick guide on how to create them
- We do not accept images from Google Drive. They can either be uploaded to another free hosting service or to Google Photos. Once uploaded, make sure you open the image in a new tab. This is the URL you need to include in the file. In the case of Google Photos, the URL will start with: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com
- We do not accept Dropbox for Images
- Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Recommended image resolution: 1000 x 1000 pixels at 300 ppi.
- Maximum file size: 3 MB
- Shape: Images must be Square-Shaped
- Additional Info: Products must have a pure white background, with no additional distractions from the product (eg. decorations, additional text, etc)

Customer Sign up on Jira Portal

Please note after submission you will receive an email from Jira in which you are required to sign up to the Catalog Content Operations portal as a customer in order to ensure that you are able to communicate with Instacart. Please note that you will not be able to reach Instacart if you do not sign up.

This is a simple two step process:
- Customer adds name
- Customer creates password
Once you save your information, you will be able to communicate back to the Instacart team member via the Jira portal.
