Complexe du Canal Lachine is once again producing a juried/curated art show featuring 30 Montreal artists which will be exhibited at the Centre d'Art E.K. Voland.
The artwork for VERT is to be inspired by the theme of Green, not just the colour but the implications of the greening or rewilding of the planet. Be creative, explore what green means to you as an artist. How does this elusive color make its way into your work, either as the star player or in a supporting role?
The exhibition will take place from May 31 to June 11 at the E.K. Voland Gallery and will be a must-see stop for the hundreds of art lovers who will visit the Complexe's Open House June 6th from 3 to 8pm.
There will be prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winning artists and a People's Choice Award for the Open House.
