I understand all mail must have both my FIRST and LAST name as provided to Admission upon acceptance to school (legal given name).
I agree to have email notifications for packages sent to the email(s) listed above.
I understand all letter mail will have NO email notification and can be asked for through the pick up window.
I understand that for my spouse to receive mail that they must have a current ID number. (See the Office of the Registrar if you do not have one.)
TVA mail is sorted and retrieved by assigned number.
Upon check out, I am responsible for updating my mailing address at mybyuh (all ID holders that received mail).
Expired/unclaimed/miss labeled mail is held for two weeks before being returned to the sender.
I will be proactive in notifying the Mail Center of any changes with names, and with children/newborn names. (They are needed for birth certificates, passports, USCIS, social security cards.)
Only individuals with a photo ID will be able to receive mail.
An email must be sent to MC, prior to a friend picking up mail.
