For other than church sponsored Rich Fork events a janitor is often required at $150 flat fee ( after three hours $30/hr thereafter). For non church members the janitor will be on site for the duration of the event. If the sound/video system is used the operator is $100.00 flat fee (after three hours $30/hr thereafter) and sound/lights could be two people or more ( This rate is for members and non members). Chairs in the MPB $75.00 ($30.00/ hr thereafter)
You must to supply proof of insurance with Rich Fork named as an Additional Insured along with an endorsment. For non church members there could be additional charges that vary with the event.
If you require use of video projection, sound or lighting equipment you will need to contact Jeff Hudler, Audio/Video Director, at least one week before the event. We do not use Power Point. If you have a Power Point presentation you will need to supply Jeff with all slides in a .jpg format one week before the event. If we do not have that format we cannot be sure your information will work.
