Come join Yoga Instructor Charlene Wee for this yoga charity event benefiting Team Survivor Northwest, a local non-profit providing free fitness and health resources to women diagnosed with cancer. This event is open to anyone who has practiced yoga or wants to try yoga for a good cause.
There will be a yoga class and afternoon snack and we will be raffling off fantastic prizes featuring local merchants.

About Charlene Wee:
Yoga has given Charlene a new perspective in life which contains less stress and more joy; she wants to share this with her students. Her friendly and informative classes focus on proper alignment of yoga poses to encourage students of all levels to practice safely and receive the full benefits from yoga. She promotes awareness in body and mind, and believes that everyone has the power to lead a balanced and happy life.
Charlene has been practicing yoga since 2004, and teaching alignment-based yoga since 2007. She is a 2000-hour certified yoga teacher from Purna Yoga College, and completed 500-hour (Purna Yoga College) and 200-hour (Yoga Works) teacher trainings.
