Elément de formulaire "remplir les blancs"

Bonjour

Je n'arrive pas à compléter les blancs avec des champs saisis par l'utilisateur

Elément concerné : input 57

Et je souhaiterais que dans le champ 1 prénom et champ 2 nom, soient renseignés les valeurs saisies dans le formulaire via l'élément prénomEt avec #first_3 pour le prénom et #last_3 pour le nom

Thank you for reaching out.

I'm afraid it is not currently possible to split the full name fields and copy its value into separate fields for first name and last name. I would suggest having the first name and last name on each separate short text field and applying an Update/Calculate field condition.

To achieve this, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Add two short text fields for the first name and last name and enable the shrink option to make the fields'width smaller so it will be displayed on the same line.

2. Apply an UPDATE/CALCULATE field condition to copy the fields' value to the other first name and last name field.
