How can I reactivate autosuspended account

    Hello,

    It appears that you are requesting users to provide their email addresses and passwords. As per Jotform policies you are not allowed to do that.

    We will have to delete the offending form before we reactivate your account. If you agree with our terms then let us know so we can proceed further.

    Hello,
    Thanks for letting me know.
    This form aimed to register new users to our web service.
    However I understand and agree your terms of use.
    You can delete the problematic field/form (while keeping the others if possible !).

    Thanks for reactivating the account.
    However, I can’t reactivate the forms.
    Popup says : « Formulaire Introuvable. This form is disabled ».
    When I run « activate » in the options of the form, it doesn’t seem to find its way (« working » popup is loading non-stop for several minutes)
