I checked the email address you provided (sebaijessica@gmail.com) but it was only associated with a Guest account on our system. Do you have a different Jotform Account? Alternatively, can you share the Form URL of any form(s) created under your account?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
