FreedomVoice shall do so in accordance with existing local number portability law and regulations. You hereby agree to pay all undisputed balances prior to authorizing FreedomVoice to port your local number and further declare there are no carrier disputes related to your local number that would prevent FreedomVoice from porting these numbers.
