Your next step is to consider what your program priorities are. This will relate back to your vision. Leading Canadian Gymnastics Club owner, Lorrain Currie states:
"We need to determine what our goals are going to be in order to move forward without wasting time or money. Are we looking to increase the level of our athletes? If so some money and space is going to need to be dedicated to doing that.
On the other end of the spectrum is it your goal to make more money? Then it may not be wise to expand into elite gymnastics. Recreation brings in the money and some of North America’s biggest clubs are recreationally based.
Maybe the goal is to be more community oriented. Perhaps having the Rotary Club use the meeting room once per month for example."
