How to Add a Form to Magento (Open Source)

Getting Your Embed Code for Magento

First, prepare your form’s embed code for Magento. Here’s how you can copy that:

  1. In the Form Builder, go to the Publish tab.
  2. Navigate to the Platforms section.
  3. Search for and click Magento from the list.

  1. Click the Copy Code button to copy the embed codes.

Adding a Form to Magento

The direct approach to adding a form to your Magento website is through your site’s pages. You can add the form to a new page or an existing one. Here’s how:

  1. In your Magento dashboard, click on the Content tab.
  2. Under the Elements column, select Pages.

  1. Click the Add New Page button to add a new page for the form, or click on Edit from the Action column of an existing page if you wish to add the form there.

  1. Drag and drop the HTML Code element from the Elements section of the editor.
  2. Click on the Cog Wheel/Gear icon from the HTML Code element to insert the embed code.

  1. Paste your form’s embed codes, and click on the Save button at the top-right side of the page.

  1. Finally, click the Save button to publish the form to your Magento website.
