The File Upload form element allows you to accept file uploads on your form. By specifying the allowed file types, you can prevent users from uploading unwanted or incompatible files. For example, if your form is set up to process PDF files, you can prevent users from uploading .doc files.
The default allowed file extensions are as follows:
- DOC
- DOCX
- XLS
- XLSX
- CSV
- TXT
- RTF
- HTML
- ZIP
- MP3
- WMA
- MPG
- FLV
- AVI
- JPG
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
To change the allowed file types in File Upload
- In the Form Builder, open your File Upload’s properties.
- In the properties panel on the right, go to Options at the top.
- List your allowed file extensions, comma-separated under File Types.
Notes
- The allowed extensions list is case-insensitive.
- List the extensions without a leading dot (e.g., enter “pdf” instead of “.pdf”).
- Enter asterisk (“*”) in File Types to allow all file types.

I work for a community center and was wondering which package would be best. We have about 20 pages of forms, some that require signatures which is why we are upgrading from google forms. We enroll about 50 people a month. Would the 25 per month package suffice?

Some files (nazm) cannot be uploaded. Only file types document, .pdf, .docx, .doc are allowed.
